This design is also applied to large-scale FPV plants. It has structures of pontoon-type floats with carbon steel frames, upon which PV panels are mounted at a fixed tilt angle as with land-based systems, but to affix the structures to pontoons, which serve only to provide buoyancy. In this case, there is no need for specially designed main floats. About this design pattern, we choose carbon steel to support solar panels with respect to its strength, non-toxicity, and durability, strong corrosion resistance and easy installation. We have designed this system that is taken by method in typical design mounting system but without main buoys, it not only saves a lot in packing and transport, and also maximize our clients’ profits with minimum costs. Besides, we will supply an appropriate anchoring and mooring system for our clients based on their needs.Bottom anchoring is a critical part of an FPV plant used in the vast majority of existing FPV plants. With the help of the anchor to resist lateral wave movement, the FPV arrays can keep in place for 25 years or more which need only over a limited period of time. Many mature anchoring solutions exist in marine and ocean engineering, as well as in watercraft industries, solutions that can be easily transferred and adapted to the FPV context. Description | Floats+C.S frames FPV system is pontoon-type-floats with a combined structure of carbon steel brackets. The eco-friendly floats can be re-processed and reused during the production. The bracket part is made of Q235B material, which has superior mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance with hot dipped galvanized treatment on its surface. And its multi-module and free-combined platform design has a buoyancy advantage for multi-solutions to many of water bodies such as reservoirs, industrial ponds, agriculture ponds, lakes, continental sea and offshore environment etc. |
