This design is specialized in large-scale FPV plants. It has structures of pontoon-type floats, upon which PV panels are mounted at a fixed tilt angle. To reduce our costs and increase power system yield, our SUN-Floating-designed floating structure consists of floats with metal mounting brackets. Regarding the mounting brackets, it is featured with its interaction with main floats, which means the main floats have 4 holes can be applied to different sizes of solar panels for clients’ different needs with the support of our tailed-made and adjustable aluminum brackets.The pontoon is made of UV- and corrosion-resistant high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material that is manufactured through a blow-molding process. What’s more important, we will supply an appropriate anchoring and mooring system for our clients based on their needs.Bottom anchoring is a critical part of an FPV plant used in the vast majority of existing FPV plants. With the help of the anchor to resist lateral wave movement, the FPV arrays can keep in place for 25 years or more which need only over a limited period of time. Many mature anchoring solutions exist in marine and ocean engineering, as well as in watercraft industries, solutions that can be easily transferred and adapted to the FPV context.With the support of our smart mechanical equipment, our production capacity is with more than 4 pieces per minute. It also features a more regularly shaped float for denser packing and easier transportation. In this case, it not only avoids additional charges with transport, and maximize our clients’ profits with minimum costs and maximum speed.
